Optimum Turn-Key HVAC&P Solutions for Every Project

Office | Warehouse TI – 36,000 SF

First generation TI for a new office and warehouse for a light manufacturer. The office is conditioned using packaged roof top equipment and independent heating and cooling zones. Heat and ventilation for the warehouse is provided using make-up air units, exhaust fans, and destratification fans.

Office | Warehouse TI – 88,000 SF

First generation TI for a tire storage facility. The ventilation and exhaust systems for the warehouse required special consideration to minimize tire odor transmission to adjacent tenants. Our solution for heating and ventilation in the warehouse included make-up air units, exhaust fans, and HVLS fans for destratification. The office is conditioned using packaged roof top equipment with multiple independent zones. Pearce-Green was also the plumbing engineer of record.

Sporting Goods Retailer TI – 5,000 SF

Pearce-Green’s involvement started at the preliminary budgting phase for this project. We worked closely with the developer to establish a budget for the HVAC and plumbing systems based on the overall needs of the Retailer.

Our years of experience as a design/build contractor helped us to create responsible budgets and deliver a high-quality product.

VALUE INNOVATION (Vi)

Value Engineering Merged with Innovative HVAC&P Solutions to Reduce Costs

Light Manufacturing TI – 18,000 SF

This first-generation TI was awarded to Pearce-Green based on our Vi. A previous customer referred us for this project because it was over budget based on the bid documents generated by a local MEP consultant. The referral was based on our past performance and ability to provide cost effective, practical HVAC solutions.

Our Vi saved 45% for the HVAC scope alone. Other trades also realized savings based on our solution.

Medical Office and Lab TI – 15,000 SF

This first-generation TI was awarded to Pearce-Green based on our Vi. The entire project was over budget based on the original bid documents that were created by a local MEP consultant. We redesigned the HVAC systems to include a premium system with more independent zones than originally designed by the MEP consultant.

Our innovative ideas helped get the entire project back into budget.
