Steve Pearce, P.E., MBA
Throughout his career, Steve experienced all aspects of owning and operating an engineering and construction business on a nationwide scale. He spent the first sixteen years of his career growing with a $40M year mechanical contracting company that specializes in executing design build work across the country.
Steve conceptualized and created Pearce-Green, LLC with his partner Patrick Green based on his passion for ‘outside the box’ thinking when it comes to mechanical engineering solutions.
By approaching each job uniquely in search of the one solution that is right for that job, he avoids cookie cutter solutions that can be inefficient and costly.
Clients benefit greatly from having direct owner involvement on every project.

Steve provides operational and executive leadership for Pearce-Green, focusing on business development and engineering for projects nationwide. He naturally develops long-term client relationships that expand opportunity by striving for excellence in every project – and in all aspects of his life. Winning the trust and confidence of each new client for Pearce-Green by exceeding expectations with quality solutions is his goal.
A licensed HVAC contractor in multiple states, Steve holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri - Columbia and an MBA from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
Patrick Green, P.E.
If you ask Patrick what he looks forward to on a project, he mentions everything from; site visits, to seeing the technicians hang the duct work, to watching them set the rooftop equipment with a crane.
His enthusiasm is infectious... he loves seeing the innovative solutions come to life.
His holistic, efficient approach delivers the highest performance system that balances first cost and ongoing costs (energy usage and maintenance). His ten years in design build construction and engineering consulting provide invaluable hands on knowledge when it comes to implementing innovative solutions.

Patrick is your contact for Pearce-Green's Mountain West area and serves as principal in charge of design for projects originating in that region. He ensures quality and client satisfaction for every single project as he selects and designs the best system to meet performance requirement and budget specifications.
A P.E. in seven states, a LEED accredited professional, (and a licensed pilot!), Patrick specializes in design-build HVAC and plumbing. He has led numerous multi-million dollar projects across Colorado spanning a variety of industries.
Patrick holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.
